Equipped with a robust 288W COB (Chip On Board) at its core, the Nettuno delivers high irradiance, ensuring deep and effective treatments across larger areas of the body. The COB is fine-tuned to emit wavelengths at 670, 830, and 850 nm, recognized as the most biologically active for penetrating deep into tissues. P.S. It is difficult to talk about “frame rate” when it comes to vision: the retina does not wait until it has scanned the entire visual scene before sending information to the brain. Photoreceptors work autonomously, as do the cells to which they are coupled. Some work faster, others slower (depending on the cell type and various other factors). For example, cells that process color work and transmit information somewhat more slowly than those that simply process luminance.
That said, the upper limit for ANY cell type in the human visual system is about 60 Hz, which means that frequency information above this limit does not pass through. This does not necessarily mean that groups of cells cannot work together to transmit higher frequency information: in the auditory system, for example, many hair cells must work together to send information about higher-pitched sounds. But in general, the threshold for flicker detection is about 70 Hz.
